SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Shipping

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of R200 for qualifying local deliveries of small parcels within specified weight and volume limits.

Should your order exceed these limits, additional shipping charges may apply. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised shipping quotation before your order is dispatched.

Multiple-Item Orders

Orders containing multiple items may require a courier quotation based on the combined weight, dimensions, and destination of the shipment.

Where a courier quotation is required:

If the shipping cost exceeds our standard flat rate, the difference will be payable before the order is dispatched.
If the shipping cost is less than our standard flat rate, the flat-rate fee of R200 will still apply.

Delivery Methods

Where standard shipping is selected, orders will be shipped using an economy courier service.

Should you require an alternative delivery option, such as express or overnight shipping, please contact us before dispatch so that the necessary arrangements can be made. Additional charges will apply and will be quoted separately.

Delivery Times and Liability

While every effort is made to ensure that orders are delivered within the estimated timeframes provided by our courier partners, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Target Line shall not be liable for delays, losses, or damages arising during transit that are beyond our reasonable control. Any claims relating to shipping damage or loss must be reported to us promptly upon receipt of the shipment so that we may assist in resolving the matter with the courier.
